Chase racing with Broughton XC 2009
Chase Mann is a 2010 graduate of Broughton High School. On June 22, 2010, Chase suffered a paralyzing diving accident while in the Bahamas on a church mission trip. The accident has confined Chase to a power wheelchair with astronomical costs for day‐to‐day care, special equipment and unending rehab. We thank you with all our hearts for your prayers and for any help you may wish to extend to Chase and the Mann family.
Proceeds from this event will be sent to NTAF in honor of Chase to help pay for some of his uninsured, injury-related expenses.
NTAF-South Atlantic Spinal Cord Injury Fund
Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. This campaign is administered by the National Transplant Assistance Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing fundraising assistance to transplant and catastrophic injury patients.
Information: 800-642-8399 or NTAFund.org.
Chase's family has chosen to fundraise with NTAF - The Leader in Fundraising Assistance and Support for Transplant and Catastrophic Injury in part because NTAF, as a 501c3, provides both tax-deductibility and fiscal accountability to contributors. Donors can be assured that contributions will be used to pay or reimburse injury-related expenses only.
